General. Gameplay will consist of 5 players and 1 goalie; co-ed teams must play with at least 2 females (excluding the goalie). The game will start with a jump ball at centre court. Games will consist of two 20 minute halves, with a short half-time. There are no time outs permitted, exclusion: personal injury or playoffs.

According to European Handball rules, players are not allowed to step inside the goal crease area. Court size in European handball. A handball court is 40 meters long and 20 meters wide; The goal is 3-meters by 2-meters wide; The 2 substitution lines are 4.5m away from the centerline; The goal crease is a 6m radius around the goal
