Well, the biggest difference (of course) is that racquetball is a racket sport while handball is played with one's own hands, usually with thicker gloves. The ball is also different, though many handballers will use a racquetball since they're easier to acquire. Racquetball also has far more players.

A racquetball racket has a shorter grip and the head is wider. Racquetball rackets normally have a loop of string around the handle that a player wraps around their wrist. This is to avoid the racket slipping out of their hand during a ferocious power-shot.
